Poor experience on the service side. Sales was the same old Unfortunately the dealer mislead me. I was told on the recall that I would be getting new keys. This was told to me by two different advisors. Then th Unfortunately the dealer mislead me. I was told on the recall that I would be getting new keys. This was told to me by two different advisors. Then they forgot to order my product. I had to follow up weeks later to get the recall order processed. With this recall people have died and the dealer just overlooked my order. Obviously the service department is too busy to worry about my family's safty. By the way I was about to buy my next car from the Honda side of the dealership. I will be buying a new jeep renagade instead. More

Easy like Sunday Morning I walked into this dealership by pure accident. The intent was for me to end up in Tysons. I walked into this dealership and immediately met Phillip Marinakos. Phil was an amazing sales representative. He admitted to me that he was new, but that was fine with me! That to me, showed his humility and how he was still willing to work with me. I've been to other dealerships where sales persons were ignorant on questions that I'd ask about the vehicle (I already know the answer to the question; I'm just attempting to see if they'd BS me on the answer). Phil was the exact opposite of that; he'd admit that he didn't know, but would seek to find the answer and get back with me. All good points in my book. Phil was really laid back. Never did I feel pressured or inclined to do anything during my buying process. Phil respected me as a customer and did his best to fulfill my wishes as a customer. This is by far the best experience I've ever had while buying a car. Admittedly, my process took two weeks, as I was shopping around for the best deal. Each time I left the dealership empty handed, Phil never pressured me to do something NOW vice later. At the end of the process, Phil even walked me around the dealership, introducing me to service managers and the like. I'd recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone in the market. More
