Another great experience We started another lease with Buick through Manassas Buick GMC and we had another great experience. Phillip M. Helped us find the car we wanted and at the car in our family budget. When we got there, we stressed the importance of getting it all squared away fairly quickly because we had our 3 little kids with us. He helped us by being quick and efficient! Even provided the kids with books, crayons and balloons. They loved seeing our name in the balloons in the car as well. The car, as always with Buick met and exceeded our wants and needs for our family to have a safe vehicle to travel all over town in. Philip was fantastic and I highly reccomend him and this dealership. Also- just to give a review on the GM, Kevin Runey. We had an AC issue with our leased buick in June right before a family vacation to NC. He helped by getting the AC fixed and loaned us a car to use as long as it would take in order to have a car for our trip. They even brought the car to my house to return it because we were on our way out of town. Another reason I'd give this dealership 5 stars for customer service. The little things do not go unnoticed. Very low customer satisfaction. Purchased a new vehicle Monday, 5 October 2015, about 12:30. They had to trade to get it from another dealer. We never received the vehicle until af Purchased a new vehicle Monday, 5 October 2015, about 12:30. They had to trade to get it from another dealer. We never received the vehicle until after 1:00 on Friday, 9 October. Then while trying to set up the OnStar it required: Tech Level 2 support, a software update, and now we're told a new part. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and friendly until I didn't do what they wanted (like purchase extended warranty) and then became angry/disrespectful. The General Manager called me from the gym while working out, breathing hard, and clanking equipment to ensure me I would get good customer service. Every employee that I had interactions with told me something that was not true. We are taking the brand new Buick to another dealer tomorrow for repairs since we can't trust Koons. My personal opinion: I would not recommend Joyce Koons Buick to anyone. More

The BEST service around for GMC! Kevin Hall is absolutely the BEST! He is professional, courteous, and goes out of his way to help! I moved to Fauquier County and tried the dealers Kevin Hall is absolutely the BEST! He is professional, courteous, and goes out of his way to help! I moved to Fauquier County and tried the dealers there. They were horrible so now I take the time to bring my Sierra 3500 back to this dealer. I won't go anywhere else again!
