Excellent GMS Service Department Service tech was very friendly and professional. They took my truck in and diagnosed the problems very quickly and when they knew it would take a lit Service tech was very friendly and professional. They took my truck in and diagnosed the problems very quickly and when they knew it would take a little more time to finish it all they got me in a very nice loaner. They ended up finishing the same day and my tech even found me a coupon to use. 5 STAR SERVICE!! Also they have a very nice business center to set up your own cube! More

They don't do services on your car unless it is needed, so they're not trying to trick you into something you don't need. Like I said I've been going the for years, buying several cars,service is always done there, gmc and honda departments. They're Great. In your used sales dept. Steve Hughes has been my salesman for years and tin rowan is in financial dept. They both are wonderful, friendly, experienced, professional people. The best thing about this whole team in used and new -gmc,honda,parts and sales it's they make you feel welcome. More

The best customer service in town--Phil Marinakos I have know Phil for many decades and reached out to Phil to please keep an eye out for a particular Jeep that I have been wanting for some time now. I have know Phil for many decades and reached out to Phil to please keep an eye out for a particular Jeep that I have been wanting for some time now. Phil phoned me, sent pictures and prices of a few great choices. He nailed the exact Jeep I was looking for and a lower price than I had planned for. I setup an appointment with Phil, myself and my wife and in a few hours I was out the door with the Jeep of my dreams. Thank you Phil and Joyce Koons! Great Sales Representative and Customer Service On 11/18/15 I saw a vehicle on line at Joyce Koons GMC Honda I talk to Phillip over the phone and made and appointment to come and see the vehicle. We On 11/18/15 I saw a vehicle on line at Joyce Koons GMC Honda I talk to Phillip over the phone and made and appointment to come and see the vehicle. Well the vehicle exceeded my expectations. Phillip Marinakos was my sales Representative and a very good rep he was. Phillip went over the vehicle before I came and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle which was very helpful. I ended up buying two cars that day from Phillip the first time I ever brought two cars in one day. But it was a deal I couldn't pass up.
