Quality and Consistency I had discovered a used vehicle I was interested in on cars.com and contacted the dealership through that website. Within an hour, I had already been contacted by Bianca and she had put me in touch with a fantastic Sales associate, Philip. Philip knew that I would be coming from 4 hours away and he did the best he could through pictures, phone calls and emails to ensure that my trip was not going to be a waste. We worked out most of the financials over the phone and he sent me documentation over the email confirming what we had already agreed to over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, he was there waiting with a key in his hand and a smile on his face. After confirming that everything was as I expected and I wanted to close the deal, Philip guided me over to Tyler in finance. Tyler went over everything he needed to and made things easy for me. As gor service, they have a racist person known by the staff (which they did apologize to me for) and stated its been btought to mgmt attention and Koons still allow this person to treat customers like this is horrible. Calling Honda America is the second reason I wouldn't recommend as once you buy the car they could careless if you get anything you were promised. I have been trying to get CORRECT roadside key tags since I bought TWO cars in May 2015, and their response is deal with wrong key tag data not our problem. Just to make note the dates on them each state date of purchase as 00/25/2000 with correct vin for each. Who thinks that should be acceptable when you purchase 2015 and 2016 vehicles? REALLY More
