Cliff was friendly, knowledgeable and very eager to get exactly what I wanted. The NEGATIVE part of this buying experience was when the person doing my trade-in seriously cheated me. I still think he was doing a trade-in on a 2005 (which was on the paperwork) instead of a 2007. The Kelley Blue Book states that my car in FAIR condition was worth between $2,521 and $3,796. My car has been maintained constantly and had a few scratches but hardly worth the LOW trade-in he gave me. Not to mention the huge BOSE system which should have upped the trade-in. I should have left and gone up the road where I had a car quote more than $1,000 than was offered. Joins is advertising right now to give above the Kelley Blue Book estimates. Not even close. Love my new car but won't hesitate to tell people to trade in their car BEFORE entering your showroom. More
