This is not the Dealer I purchased the vehicle from however I have been taking it there now for about a year or so. They have always provided excellent service and been able to help me out. I believe the cost to value they provide is above average and their concierge service is exceptional. That has really gotten me out of a bind in the past. Don't confuse the Joyce Koons brand with the other Koons dealerships in Northern VA. They do not operate the same and I was very disappointed with the other ones. Joyce Koons dealerships was a much better customer service experience and I believe its the culture they develop. More

Made an appointment for the early afternoon hoping to get it done during the day. I diagnosed the problem to be somewhere in the cooling system. This surprised me since my V6 Canyon is a pretty common vehicle. They called me about half way through the next day and said there was a delay on getting the parts. They don't have a loner vehicle and they indicated the shuttle service closes as 4:00 pm , but assured me the vehicle would be done that day since they don't close until 7:00 pm. The work was good. I was just not happy with the delays and the shuttle service. Why bother to make an appointment. Just drop the vehicle and wait until they tell you it is done. More
