I drove nearly one and a half hours to purchase a new truck from Joyce Koons instead many local dealerships within minutes of my home. After learning one set of keys was misplaced and needed to be ordered for pick-up later I asked Charles if anything could be done to save me any inconvenience and an extra trip. Charles directed me to Daniel Cunningham who helped me out beyond my expectations and provided a key and remote to replace the missing one and saved the extra trip and nearly a whole day. More

Service still needs improvment. We had a service appointment with Matt in service, ALL set up for my grandson to drop off my 2015 GMC and get a loaner vehicle. I was in the Hospital We had a service appointment with Matt in service, ALL set up for my grandson to drop off my 2015 GMC and get a loaner vehicle. I was in the Hospital so my grandson dropped it off. NO LOANER AVAILABLE. He was stuck there. I had to contact a friend of mine in Opal, gave him $25 to pick him up. Didn't have anyone else at the time. My grandson had to wait for well over a hour +. And again to pick it up several days later. Another $25.. What was I supposed to do. Just out of surgery and I really counted on you. Now your work appeared OK so far, Can't drive far yet to fully check it out, But I'm really disappointed that My wife talked to Matt the day before and Matt said all was ready, all set to go.. LOANER AVAILABLE. NOT SO. Your people said nothing available. Just great. Matt's day off, no one else could help. All you had to do was put a tag on anything, I had problems before, you still haven't improved. More
