I was shopping via the internet over a period of around 10 days and at the end of negotiations the sales person I was working with said they were all in and seemed as he didn’t care if he was able to compl 10 days and at the end of negotiations the sales person I was working with said they were all in and seemed as he didn’t care if he was able to complete a deal or see a customer go to another dealer. I contacted the sales manager Mr. Thompson and told him the story and was able to negotiate a deal on my new vehicle. I highly recommend working with Mr. Thompson for a great deal. I actually ended up driving over 500 miles to get the vehicle I wanted at a great deal. More

Today, 6 September I met with Steve Hughes and Bob Thompson to determine the value of a 2007 Honda Accord. Steve greeted with a positive attitude and was ready for me when I arrived. Both men were very helpful and represented the Koons name and dealership extremely well. Steve even add information on a different topic I found very helpful. Where do I start. Agreed to get my heater core hoses fixed for my 17 Sierra. My wife was given an invoice of $892 to fix. They picked up my vehicle on Wednesday the 19 Agreed to get my heater core hoses fixed for my 17 Sierra. My wife was given an invoice of $892 to fix. They picked up my vehicle on Wednesday the 19th of April. They Called my warranty to see if it was covered. Daniel called me that afternoon and told me it was not covered and I agreed to get it fixed for the above price. Got a call the next day from another service advisor and was told the same thing Daniel already told me. Then he said right now our price was $1480. I understand the first price was an estimate but how did your estimate go up almost $600. I feel like they just make up a price and try to get the customer to pay it. Was passed around to multiple service advisors during this whole ordeal. Ended up paying $1072. Was told one of the service advisors was going to stay and show me an itemized break down and pictures of what was wrong. He was no where to be found when I showed up. Talked to service advisor Peter on the phone and dealt with him at pickup on Friday April 21st. He needs to be sent back to school for better communication skills. Daniel was the only good service advisor and we should have only worked with him but since he was trying to get me around the estimate price, the other two service advisors had to jump in and try to steal more money out of my pocket. The only thing this dealer is good for is oil changes and tire rotations because you know the price up front. Don’t trust their estimates as it will be way off. Some of the service advisors are rude and talk to you like you don’t know anything about how a vehicle works. They tried to make it sound like they gave me a good by dropping the price from $1480 to $1072. If I add up the price for the heater core hose replacement, oil change and tire rotation, came out to what I should have paid with no discounts. Don’t trust your vehicle at this place unless it’s for simple maintenance items. Contact me if you want more information. You already have my phone number. I will not contact you. UPDATE: Talked to Service Advisor Delante Alves and he rectified the situation. I will give them a second chance. He took care of me after our discussion. He seems like a very good service advisor that will take care of his customers. More

I had work done at this dealership and thought it was OK until I called around and found out they ripped me off!!!! I recently called for spark plugs and wire change and they quoted me $980 which is $300 mo until I called around and found out they ripped me off!!!! I recently called for spark plugs and wire change and they quoted me $980 which is $300 more than three other dealerships and $100 less than Bonin Chevrolet dealership in Manassas. Stay away!!!! I will NEVER get anymore work done there or in Manassas. I spent a lot of money there because I didn't know better and now I do!!! More
