I am not saying that you shouldn't do your homework and make sure you know what needs to be done, but it sure is nice to know that you're not getting fool into doing the wrong thing with your vehicle. Chevy Avalanche Check Engine light I brought my Avalanche in for a check engine light a week after I had brought my Buick Enclave in for the same reason. Frank was my Service Rep for th I brought my Avalanche in for a check engine light a week after I had brought my Buick Enclave in for the same reason. Frank was my Service Rep for the Enclave so I asked for him again. He had them check the cause and it turned out to be a bad oil pressure sensor. They swapped it out and I was on my way. However, the next day the light came on again. I brought it back to Frank and dropped it off in the middle of the week. It was determined that I was a quart low on oil and I had Frank order up the oil change. Instead of test driving it for a day to see if the light came back on, Frank had me drive it home so I had it to get back and forth to work, and let him know if the light came back on. It didn't and I was able to settle up at the end of the week. I really appreciate Frank thinking about the fact that I really needed the truck and I could just as easily drive it to see it the light came back on as he could. It's that kind of customer care that keeps me coming back to Koons and use Frank as my service rep! More

Excellent customer service! I had a service appointment for our Odyssey Van. Brad B. clearly communicated what needed to be done, what my options were, and how critical each issu I had a service appointment for our Odyssey Van. Brad B. clearly communicated what needed to be done, what my options were, and how critical each issue was. I never felt like he was out to get my money or take advantage of the fact that I do not know a lot about cars. It was a very refreshing experience and one that earns my customer loyalty. Further, Brad was very contentious of my time and made sure my vehicle was finished on time so that I could pick up my child from preschool on time. Five stars to Brad for excellent service!!! More

Perfect experience When I first walked in, I was welcomed by Salim Zamani. He was kind and patient enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We test drove t When I first walked in, I was welcomed by Salim Zamani. He was kind and patient enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We test drove the car I came for and I did not like it as much. I expressed what kind of car I wanted and he knew exactly what to get. He pulled the next car up and I instantly fell in love with it. We went on a test drive and I knew that was the one. This was my first car and Salim went over everything with me so I could understand all the details. Ahmed and Mike were also awesome and helped me enjoy my experience with Joyce Koons Buick GMC that much more. I will be back with friends and family and already recommended a lot of my friends and family to head over and have that great experience that I had. Thank you so much Salim, Mike, and Ahmed! Never again! I would rather step in a snap trap and gnaw my foot off to get free than to ever deal with Joe Atkins again. I am not sure if my first dealing or my second was worse, but I can tell you this there will be no third. He is rude and obnoxious, if you are looking for customer friendly he is not your guy.. Needless to say the work that need to be done to my truck left me with black grease on my light tan sun visor and headliner along with a rattle. I could rant and rave for three or four pages, but sometimes it is just not worth it anymore. More

Eventually bought two vehicles out of necessity than really a great deal! but it worked out at the time for Joyce Koons because I had been shopping for a while and needed to get a vehicle that I liked! More
