Oil Leak Had to take our Buick Enclave in for an oil change when we found out that one of the seals was leaking and was spraying oil over the engine. Frank too Had to take our Buick Enclave in for an oil change when we found out that one of the seals was leaking and was spraying oil over the engine. Frank took car of setting my wife up with a rental while the repairs were made (took over a week since the engine had to be pulled). Got the Enclave back and it was still leaking oil. Turns out there was an issue with the seal. A few days later (and another rental!) and the Enclave is back with no issues. Great service as always! Thanks Frank! More

The 2018 GMC Sierra 4x4 was not available there but they stepped up and located me one somewhere else that day For no extra fees or charges most dealers would of charged us or at least tried to. Best experience ever Visiting Joyce Koons Buick GMC was a pleasant, service-minded experience without that typical sense of sales speech you have come to expect. Relaxed a Visiting Joyce Koons Buick GMC was a pleasant, service-minded experience without that typical sense of sales speech you have come to expect. Relaxed and down-to-earth. That same notion was kept when getting in touch with the folks in service as well as finance which – combined with a dream car – made for a great couple of days on that account alone. However, what really blew us away was a minor issue that was called to be fixed prior to an extended warranty. The fix (transmission seep) was indeed minor and turned out not to hold the warranty back after all. All good – but the guys insisted on fixing the issue for good measure. Never saw that coming. Next time I am going for a car I’ll rather wait for Koons to get the right one in the lot – as opposed to making it a spur of the moment (the usual MO for my wife and I!) Dan, V, Mike, Habib, Ahmed - stellar job guys. Thank you! More
