Great customer service in service department. Been getting my service work done here for over 12 years with two different vehicles purchased there. Have had numerous different customer service reps over the years, but consistently I feel that the customer service reps REALLY CARE and for that reason alone I will continue to get my Buick’s serviced there. There was one light rain and the floor was a little damp, I think residual from the last time. It wasn't perfectly dry when I got it home, So After a heavy rain I'll know for sure. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I couldn't have asked for a better customer service Rep (Joe A) - he was SO pleasant, funny and understanding! I needed a loaner car - but he didn't I couldn't have asked for a better customer service Rep (Joe A) - he was SO pleasant, funny and understanding! I needed a loaner car - but he didn't have anything other than a truck. I explained I am disabled and unable to get up into a truck. He asked me to give him a little time - and I don't know what he did - but he got me a car. The reason it was in was because it was leaking something all over my driveway, and the brakes seem to vibrate will stopping. Also - an engine light had come on. Bottom line - We had taken the car to NTB for an oil change and rotating the tires - they charged us a fortune and couldn't even take the time to tighten the filter properly! As far as the brakes - it was time - the car had over 50,000 miles - so they needed to be replaced. Hated spending the money - but I'd rather have it done by the dealer. As far as the engine light - I'm not sure what that was about - but it is off. OVERALL - I am satisfied and will start using this dealer for service! More

As a woman I never feel that their staff is trying pull the wool over my eyes. They also don’t talk down to me just because I am a woman. I’ve also had to come in several times with my small children, and the staff does whatever possible to get us out in a timely fashion. On their busiest days we have even been offered a rental car just so we wouldn’t have to sit around in the waiting room. Top notch staff and service every time! More

Wow! Great service..yet again Wow, just when you think you’ve seen everything Koons service can do…they come up with another super diagnosis and solution. Needed to pass VA Safety Wow, just when you think you’ve seen everything Koons service can do…they come up with another super diagnosis and solution. Needed to pass VA Safety Inspection and had at a minimum front brakes service and a driver’s side window that won’t move. Kevin, Jeff and that top-notch Service Team got the brakes done right at a very good price. The window was an issue and because I am a “shade tree mechanic” I had YouTubed the fix and it required troubleshooting two different parts of the vehicle. Not much shade these days, and thought it was worth it to have Koons do their “beautiful thing.” Thank you Koons Kevin and Service. It was not the two different vehicle parts, but rather wiring that was breaking up and shorting. By the time I would have figured it out the only shade would have been from snow banks. Did I mention I am not so good at wiring replacement? All done superbly and at a very very reasonable cost. Thank you again Kevin and Service for these fixes, and a great eleven years of the same! More
