On August 15th I purchased a 2016 honda Accord with them. The salesman and Sales manager were a pleasure to work with for my first car buying experience. However, Roland Carter was my finance guy. He left a sour taste in my mouth after everything was over. I went in not wanting the extra warranty and benefits they offer because my car had 10k miles on it. After an hour, I gave in because I felt pressured and he wouldn't stop asking. He then was able to magically lower my APR from 4.74% to 3.74%. However, the next day I decided I didn't want the warranty and drove down to resign and drop it. He would not meet with me and just gave the papers to a salesman. He also upped my interest rate back to where it was before I got the warranty. Great dealership, but avoid Mr. Carter if possible. More

He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted and made sure that I understood all of the new technology during the test drive and before I left the parking lot after completing my purchase. He also called and emailed the next few days to make sure that I wasn't having any issues and answer any other questions that I may have had. i am very happy with my new truck. In June I took my 2014 Buick Encore to Buick in Manassas for an engine light. I had the engine issue fixed along with a few other maintenance things. A few days later I had to go back because of the air b for an engine light. I had the engine issue fixed along with a few other maintenance things. A few days later I had to go back because of the air blower, I’m all I went back 4 times. They always gave me a loaner and worked with me. I appreciate their service. More
