I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my 2009 Pontiac G8 on Friday, 13 May 2011 as I was heading out of town on a long trip the next day. Just to be sure, I checked the oil level right before le Pontiac G8 on Friday, 13 May 2011 as I was heading out of town on a long trip the next day. Just to be sure, I checked the oil level right before leaving early on 14 May and discovered that it was about two quarts low! Fortunately, I had enough Mobile One synthetic oil on hand to get the oil level into the "safe" range as I did not have time to take the car back to Koons. My 2003 GMC Sierra as well as my G8 were purchased at Koons and I have not had any issues with service up to now. However, the error regarding the oil change is inexcusable and I can no longer trust them to work on any of my GM vehicles. More

Auto Battery failed. Jump started vehicle and drove to dealership. Having previously purchased the batter in vehicle 4 yrs to date was suprised to hear that it is/was covered by parts for life of ownersh dealership. The visit was a great experience. Started as a visit to service and turned into an all day event in Sales! We purchased a used car and Leased a new vehicle. Originally, back in 2010, I was impressed by this dealership due to my prior purchases at other stores in the Koons chain. This store didn't fail to meet my expectations.
