My car went on brand new and came out needing bodywork! I purchased a brand new CRV and wanted a roof rack. When I made my purchase, Joyce Honda booked a service appointment for the install. When I picked u I purchased a brand new CRV and wanted a roof rack. When I made my purchase, Joyce Honda booked a service appointment for the install. When I picked up my car and brought it home much to my dismay I found that they had dented the roof above the passenger door in 4 places. The car was also returned dirty with dust and marks all over the roof. The dealership manager offered to repair the damage and had originally said I should not need bodywork. When I came in to pick up the car I was told it was going to need bodywork and I would need to leave it a few more days. After multiple trips to the repair department and over a week later my car was finally repaired. I was very disappointed to have dropped off a brand new car and now have a vehicle that has bodywork (the edges that were painted still have a few rough edges). I was not offered any type of compensation for the inconvenience of all the trips back and forth, or that I am so upset that my “brand new” car is no longer new other than a certificate for a free oil change in their repair shop and that I can have them smooth out the rough paint edges when I come back. I do not trust the competence of the repair department after they damaged my car the first time. I would certainly not want to take a chance that they may cause further damage if I returned for an oil change. I also had other issues with my registration paperwork as well as the fact that they installed the incorrect roof rack to top it off. More
Very Bad Experience I scheduled 10.00am appointment on the website and went at 9.35am. But only after I went, I understood you could drop in any time. Then I was told to wait for 30 mins for the shuttle ride home. I did not get any updates on what service was required for the car. I called 5 or 6 times and was told it was being looked at. Once I was told that they were flushing my radiator eventhough I told them not to do anything without checking with me. Finally at 6.30pm and after I called again, I was told that I had to spend a humongous amount of money to fix up my car. I told them not to do any of that. I would never go to this place again. More

HORRIBLE I have a 2006 CRV and have been going to Joyce Honda for service for many years. Their service has deteriorated to the point of collapse. I had to go 3 times to get a particular service done, as a part was needed and they told me they had to order it, then when it arrived, I was told it was given to another customer. Yesterday I went back for the THIRD TIME and WAITED OVER 5 HOURS to get the part installed. I was NOT updated during the 5 hours, when asked why my car wasn't being worked on I was brushed off. I left in tears and paid over $400. Ernest was the only person that treated me decently - he's very nice. I am going to purchase a new Honda next year but it WILL NOT be from Joyce Honda. They need to hire more techs and improve their service and communication. More
