Our salesperson was Steve Owusu, he answered all our questions, was extremely professional, polite and responsive. We did our homework and altogether it took us about 1.5 hours to negotiate the deal. I think the price was very good. As we were negotiating with Steve we were also communicating with TJ, she stopped by several times and asked if everything was going smoothly and whether we need any assistance. Steve's and TJ's performance were exceptional. By far this was my best experience negotiating a car purchase or lease. More

Still a beautiful car that would have cost way to much to fix. Under these less than optimal circumstances we needed a car. Our salesperson, Jay Joza, was thoroughly helpful and worked with us to get us a new vehicle that we could afford. This is our forth Joyce Honda - with the vast majority of service performed with them. I recommend Jay. More

May NEVER lease/finance with Joyce Honda AGAIN! I have purchased two Honda Civics from Joyce Honda in the past. This year, I was ready for the 2015 Honda Civic. I wanted the Couple Lx. By the end I have purchased two Honda Civics from Joyce Honda in the past. This year, I was ready for the 2015 Honda Civic. I wanted the Couple Lx. By the end of my lease agreement I upgraded to a more expensive model, the EX. I am thoroughly disappointed with my salesman, Juan Ocampo & finance manager, Dennis Kish. I was not made aware of the fee for specialty, Conquer Cancer plates. I was not notified when plates were ready for pickup. It was agreed Splash Guards would be ordered & installed without fee. Once again, no notification parts arrived. The service department hung up on me twice, before telling there are not tentative appointments. First come, first serve basis. Splash Guards an hour and a half, UNLESS someone is there first. DISAPPOINTED WITH Joyce's DEALERSHIP AFTER 20yrs of customer loyalty! Should ALWAYS respond to customer emails and return phone calls! Is that too much to ask after leasing @ $23,000 vehicle, when initially wanting a $18,000 vehicle? More
