This was our first experience leasing & Joyce Honda with our salesperson Tom Duffy made it so pleasant. We had so many questions and Tom answered them without hesitation. Tom's professionalism & knowledge were apparent from the first handshake. After purchasing the car, Tom was patient with explaining the features of the CRV and even took the time to help me enter my names into the Bluetooth feature on the car, which I love. After making a deal for a 2013 White CRV with navigation, they changed the price at the last minute, 6pm on Saturday night. I was getting .09% financing from Honda and $1,000 in loyalty cash (I've owned 3 H they changed the price at the last minute, 6pm on Saturday night. I was getting .09% financing from Honda and $1,000 in loyalty cash (I've owned 3 Hondas since 2002). I refused to pay the extra money and they told me to go to another dealer, they couldn't do anything about it. The loyalty cash and the .09% financing was going to expire on Monday, 7/8/13, it was now 6pm on Saturday 7/6/13. I thought I had lost the deal. Monday morning I called other dealers and Autosport Honda in Bridgewater had the exact same car, got it ready, did all the paperwork, gave me $1000 loyalty cash and I also got the .09% financing. I will never recommend Joyce Honda to anyone and they should review their shady business practices. More

The adage of Murphy's Law is true: "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong." And for me that was the week of 6/3. And now on top of everything else going on, I had to buy a new car before the old one died. So I can't even put to words how happy it made me that the least stressful event that week was buying my new car from Jennifer Outen at Joyce Honda. Her level of professionalism, customer service & forthrightness reminded me of my company's CDW Sales Rep. She also took personal responsibility ensuring that the minor issues I had with the aftermarket accessories where resolved. In addition to that the overall level of professionalism & service from both the finance & service department was outstanding. I heartily recommend this dealership & if I buy another Honda, plan to purchase it from them. More

I've been to this dealership a few times over the years and I can't say that all of my earlier trips were particularly enjoyable experiences. Last month, after several years away, I stopped by Joyc years and I can't say that all of my earlier trips were particularly enjoyable experiences. Last month, after several years away, I stopped by Joyce Honda to purchase a used car and was greeted on the lot by salesperson Abiana. She was friendly and very determined to sell a car to me. I noticed right off that she listened well and really made an effort to meets my car needs as far as model, age, and price range. I have to say that Abiana was very good and did not come across like she was just trying to make a sale. Instead, she created a relaxed, professional environment where is was enjoyable to make a deal. The feeling that I was treated fairly and with respect will bring me back to this dealer again the next time I am looking for a car. More

I saw a certified Honda Pilot on Auto Trader at two different NJ Honda Dealers that I liked. I drove 2.5 hours to Joyce Honda 1st to look at one, then I was going to drive 1.25 hours to look at another different NJ Honda Dealers that I liked. I drove 2.5 hours to Joyce Honda 1st to look at one, then I was going to drive 1.25 hours to look at another. I contacted Eric before I left to make sure that the Pilot was still there. I told him that I was a bit hurried and asked if he could have it ready for me to check out and take for a test drive. He told me "no problem" and was ready when I got there. I liked the SUV very much and told him that I had to rush if I was going to make it to the second Honda dealer before they closed. He took me in to see Tim before I left. I told Tim how I was in a big hurry and how I was looking at one other Pilot and would make my decision that day then return to purchase the vehicle on Tuesday. Tim then said to me "I am going to make you a deal that keeps you from walking out that door". He made me a very good offer. I asked about a couple of minor flaws with the SUV. He told me that they would take care of them. I rushed out the door was on my way to the other dealership. I got 5 miles down the road and started thinking. The other Pilot I was going to see was $1,000 more then the original price and had 13,000 miles less. Now, after Tim's offer the Joyce Honda was $2,700 less. I just turned around and went back to Joyce Honda. I did the paper work and purchased the car. Isabel got me the financing and the deal was seamless! I returned on Tuesday to pick up my Pilot. They had taken care of the two small issues on Monday and everything was good to go. This was worth the drive from Exton PA. Everyone at Joyce Honda was friendly and professional.
