Michael Roman rocks!! I had been looking for a "new" used car for a while and had visited several car dealers. I always felt like I needed to have my guard up. The salesm I had been looking for a "new" used car for a while and had visited several car dealers. I always felt like I needed to have my guard up. The salesmen seemed fake, pushy and only interested in getting their commission. Yet I persevered and was even ready to purchase a CRV at another Honda dealer, but several hours there, they were unwilling to compromise on the price of either the car or my trade-in, so I left. A few days later, while searching online, I found the car of my dreams at Joyce Honda. I went to take a look at it and fell in love. To make a long story short, I found Michael Roman to be not only a nice guy, but also sincere. He was friendly and not pushy, and really wanted me to get the best deal that I could. He knew how much I wanted the car and did his "magic" to make it happen. We negotiated for a while and ended of purchasing the car that very night and driving it home! I was ecstatic!
