Thankfully I had the warranty. While my car was being serviced they put me in a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic loaner (which I now may consider as my next big purchase). I also would like to include that I had a trip coming up the following week on Wednesday and was quite nervous on wether or not my car would be done before then. They were great with providing me updates every step of the way. They were aware of my trip and took that into consideration and were done with my car Wednesday afternoon literally an hour before I was leaving! Thank you Erick & everyone else who was involved! Regular 5,000 mile service I have had better experiences with Joyce Honda. In this particular case, I brought my car in for service and they found an issue. When I look at the w I have had better experiences with Joyce Honda. In this particular case, I brought my car in for service and they found an issue. When I look at the write-up in the employees hand, I see the word "upsell" in their documentation which made me feel like that they were trying to sell something versus a normal service. Normally the staff offers a 10% discount on their service but that wasn't even mentioned. It felt very impersonal and it felt like more like a money grab. To be clear this is the first time, I have felt like this and I have been bringing cars to Joyce for over 15 years. More

Great customer service This is an ideal service center for maintenance to my 2014 Honda Pilot. They do repairs on Sunday which is premium. We were able to drop the car off at 8:00am and the wheel alignment was completed in 2 hours. Very friendly and they don't try to pressure you into having unneeded repairs.
