lease initiated in January, 2019 LEASED A CRV AND SORRY I DID. WANTED A PILOT. THE CRV I LEASED IS LOADED, BUT IT'S NOT THE PILOT. Poor communication for simple service. I came in for an oil change, multi- point inspection, and windshield wiper refills. Upon check out, I read that my engine air filter "failed" and that I came in for an oil change, multi- point inspection, and windshield wiper refills. Upon check out, I read that my engine air filter "failed" and that was never communicated to me. I was told that both my engine air filter and cabin air filter were, "still ok." Why was I not shown my old filter? I would have replaced it then and there. Then, when I was walking out to my car, I was given someone else's car keys. My keys had to be tracked down. Also, my service advisor also recommended that I replace my drive belt, tensioner, water pump, etc.. I just had that service completed by the Port Charlotte, Fl. Honda dealership in May. Why isn't my vehicle service from one Honda dealership to another linked? More

I was amazed at how collaborative Ryan was in the total experience. He kept me informed daily - no - multiple times during the day. He really knew what I needed and wanted in an Accord, I truly enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. Efren (finance) remembered us from a previous lease experience and treated us like Joyce Honda family! Justin worked with us earlier in the year when we weren't quite ready to lease, but he kept us informed during the following months (as promised).
