Very Busy I have taken my Hondas at Joyce service for 12 years now. But I am finding lately is that service on the weekends is very very busy (much more than u I have taken my Hondas at Joyce service for 12 years now. But I am finding lately is that service on the weekends is very very busy (much more than usual) and the last two times I was there in the past two months they have been short staffed (techs not showing up for work on a Sunday). On weekends people start lining up for service at 7am (1 hour before the service opens). I am finding it very difficult and inconvenient to have my car serviced at Joyce. I am also seeing a decline in quality of work and I believe it is because the techs are being rushed to complete the job and get to the next car. If this keeps up I may switch to Honda of Hackettstown for my service needs. More

They told me 1 hr 45 in which was not great but I really wanted to have it done at the dealership. After that time everyone who was there before and after me was gone and my car had moved 3 cars up. When I went out to inquire they said they don't know what happend and took my car in the next 15 minutes. They did find a nail in my tire and replace the tire which was nice but the whole oil change and tire only took 20 min. They were very apologetic but if you have a first come, first served system, that's what you should do. Maybe for actual problems with my car I would return but I will be going to JiffyLube for all future oil changes or perhaps another Honda dealership. More
Nice Dealer with an old fashioned appeal (in a good way!) I traveled a bit to this dealer and I’m glad I did. They have a laid back, no pressure approach. Oil change and pre-trip check up before journey This was an easy visit. It was a little early for my 15000 mile check up, however, we were taking a long journey and wanted to make sure everything This was an easy visit. We pulled in at noonish on a Friday, the service bays were a little busy, however we were out and on our way in just over an hour. The waiting room was comfortable and when the colleagues walked through they always reminded the customers about the refreshments available. Lennon Presto made it very convenient. Thanks!! We also stopped by the show room to check with our Salesman Larry Swanson about new vehicles and express our general happiness with our 2018 CRV. Always friendly and professional. Thanks Larry! More

Their employees have always been both friendly and efficient. We appreciate that we can leave our car there and have them phone us when it's ready to be picked up. Most recently, our splash guard was partially torn off. Joyce put it back in place at no charge. They even reused our clips, so didn't even charge us for those. That kind of service will definitely bring us back! More
