Exceptional Customer Experience My wife and I wanted to thank the team at Joyce Honda (Roberto, Domingo, Nancy and Tom) for the experience in purchasing the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe E My wife and I wanted to thank the team at Joyce Honda (Roberto, Domingo, Nancy and Tom) for the experience in purchasing the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L. This team considered us family, not just another day in the park or business transaction. They worked to get to know us personally and involved us with the transaction every step of the way. They made us comfortable with the purchase, every detail, right down to obtaining the plates to drive the car home. Not only that, prior to making the 180 mile journey (one way) they made us feel comfortable placing a down payment on a Certified Pre-Owned Honda where pictures had not been posted yet! During our visit, I was able to confirm the car was in fact a well taken care of and was worthy of the trip. I was furthermore astounded that the car had brand new tires, new brakes and a new battery. This is normally overlooked and goes unnoticed. I noticed. Little details like that go a long way and are much appreciated. I would recommend to my family, friends, colleagues, neighbors and people on the street to drop what they are doing and purchase a vehicle from Joyce Honda. It was worth the trip. More
