We had contacted Tom Esposito the day before and said we were coming.He was lovely. When we arrived we were greeted immediately and the place was packed. We were told Tom was with another customer so we went to take a look around. We found the pearl white CRV and began to look it over. We were then greeted by Angel Perez, the manager, whom asked us if he could help us. From then on it was a perfect experience. Angel was so polite, so helpful and so kind. I told him this car was for my daughter and it was her first car. He spoke with her and told her the questions she asked were good ones, boosting her confidence in this endeavor. He was humorous yet professional and made us feel right at home. We test drove the car and it was beautiful. I noted a small scratch on the bumper and Angel said he does not allow any vehicle to leave the lot with any blemish and would have the scratch removed. Throughout this whole experience we were reminded a couple of times how long this dealership had been in operation and how the owner still comes in daily. I remember buying my first car from this dealership 40 yrs ago and it was a wonderful experience then. The great customer service is still a top priority and you can tell because the owner is held in such high esteem and his employees are proud to mention him.We then met Tom Esposito and finalized the purchase the following day when my husband could come in with us. We worked with Domingo Nunez who was very helpful and informative regarding the financing and warranty coverage.He took the time to explain all to my daughter also which was a good learning experience for her. I can only say we all left with peace of mind(and a beautiful car) knowing we had just had a great experience. When does that really happen while buying a car? It happened for us and we are grateful. There was absolutely no stress involved and all went so smoothly and quickly. There was no sitting around for 5 hours here. They work quickly, efficiently and professionally. This was by far the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. Bravo Joyce Honda!we are still smiling!! More

It came time for a new van, and we gave them a shot. Mr. Duffy was a great sales rep. He gave us a quick no nonsense price, and a fair trade in value. We had our Odyssey in the color we wanted within a week, and felt comfortable during the entire process. This was a no pressure transaction, and we already know we can trust them for service. Win-win. I would highly recommend Joyce, and look for Mr. Duffy at the first deal on the right. Great guy. More

Being in car sales myself and a bit of a perfectionist with cars, h I spent the last 4 months searching for a used BRZ/FRS for a close friend of mine. Being in car sales myself and a bit of a perfectionist with cars, he put me on the task to find him a really good car at a good price from a dealer that wouldn't rip him off. I checked out tons of different BRZ/FRS's, some were in decent shape from a good dealer, some were in bad shape, and some dealers were just awful and were trying to take me for a ride. On wed, my day off, I was continuing the hunt for a car for my buddy and checked out an FRS at a dealer in central jersey. Online it was a good price and looked to be in great shape but when i got to the car, I saw it was a mess. It wasn't taken care of, modded very poorly, and the dealer put on some absurd extras that they did not advertise in the online price. I left and on a whim figured I'd go check out this BRZ at Joyce Honda. As soon as I walked in Chris Stark greeted me and showed me the car. The car was in absolutely mint condition for the age and miles. Dealing with used cars myself all the time I could tell right off the bat the car was an absolute gem. Taking a look around the lot myself I could tell their other used cars were in just as great of shape, I could tell this was a honest dealership trying to sell great products. I called my friend, told him i found the one, and 2 days later drove off the lot with it. The entire sales process was not only easy but incredibly enjoyable, Joyce Honda really goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. Even though I wasn't the one buying the car they still treated me like a customer. Chris introduced us to most of the staff and we had a great time talking and sharing stories, they treat you more like good friends than someone just walking into buy a car. Seriously, absolutely incredible experience and I will be sending anyone who asks me about a new or used Honda to Joyce because I know they will be taken care of, treated well, and drive off in an immaculate car. Efren Madrigal sat down with me, reviewed what our needs and wants were and went over all of our options. No pressure at all. The finance manager, Steve, walked me through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with. Yosh went through the vehicle with me and showed me all of the technology and various features.
