Bernardo greeted us right as we walked through the door, answered my MANY questions, and worked with us to get the car I wanted within our budget!! It was a pretty quick and easy deal, Bernardo walked me through every part of the car and how to use all of the awesome technology. SO HAPPY! Thanks again! More

I was buying a vehicle for my mother recently, and after getting competitive quotes from 3 dealerships, we ended up going with Joyce Honda because of I was buying a vehicle for my mother recently, and after getting competitive quotes from 3 dealerships, we ended up going with Joyce Honda because of the service level provided by the sales person, Bernardo Amster. He was very nice, personable and gave a very competitive price. Even though it wasn't the lowest, I wanted to make sure an honest person was going to assist my mother with her purchase. He was great during the initial visits, test drives, the negotiations with me and then once we bought the car he didn't let my mother leave until he taught her all the ins and outs of how the vehicle worked. All the safety features were explained in detail, all the technology was explained and set up before she left the lot. He was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Joyce Honda for the sole purpose of working with Bernardo to purchase a vehicle. More

The only small annoyance is the 'Tire pressure alert.' The tires look fine. I guess I'll have the air pressure checked just to make sure. More
Purchased a certified 2014 Honda Odyssey from Della My wife and I had an amazing experience with Della and Joyce Honda. Our family was growing and needed a minivan. We searched for some time for certifi My wife and I had an amazing experience with Della and Joyce Honda. Our family was growing and needed a minivan. We searched for some time for certified used Honda Odyssey in white but the few that we saw did not look like it should have been certified at all. But that's another story. But the one at Joyce Honda looked great and drove great. First of all, Della was awesome. She was great with my kids, gave them snacks and drinks, helped put our car seats in the Odyssey for our test drive so that we can all feel what it would look like, and more. She was open, honest, and real friendly to my wife and kids. I really appreciated all that she did. After a few rounds of negotiating, we were able to settle on a price, not the best price but something that we can live with knowing that there were very few white Odysseys in the trim that we wanted. There were a few concerns with the vehicle but Della assured me that the service department would take care of it. They were minor issues but I'm glad they were able to take care of it. In addition, the day after we took it home we noticed that the passenger door rubbed against the fender. And you can see the issue has been there before and I've read that it is a common problem with these Odysseys. So I'm thinking...oh great, we just brought it home and now the dealer isn't going to do anything for me. But I called Della and without any hesitation, she told me to bring it in and they'll take care of it. So I did and they fixed it (hopefully for good since I've read sometimes this comes back). A finance manager, I believe his name is Andre, was easy to work with. I didn't feel any pressure like I'd get from other dealerships to purchase and add on every little thing. But I did know that I wanted the HondaCare warranty. And he was able to match the price I got with another dealership. I want to say this was a perfect experience but there was one minor mishap. After my wife and I put a down-payment on the vehicle, we back-pedaled a bit and thought that it'd be better to purchase a new car. So I called Della about it and she assured me I can have my deposit back but wanted to ask what she can do. There really wasn't anything but she told me that she can get some accessories if that would help. And it did sway us to stay with the purchase. But unfortunately, the day of the signing, she told us that she wasn't able to get us the accessories that was promised but was able to get something else. It would have been nice to have known before we got there. But she did offer to get us a discount on them if we still wanted them. We were a bit disappointed but went on with the purchase. We're glad we did as Della and Joyce Honda were amazing before and after the purchase. But there was a little disappointment there that made it not a perfect car buying experience. I highly recommend Della and Joyce Honda. She was awesome to deal with and Joyce Honda stands behind the vehicle they sell even if it's an used vehicle. More
