I eventually came into the dealership (because my other car needed servicing) and I visited the finance department to get my answers. They were very helpful. Needed a New Battery I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week I had routine service on my car a couple of weeks ago. My car's battery was checked and it failed its inspection but I was never told about it. A week later the car would not start. I was able to get it jumped and took it back to the dealer after work for a new battery. The service took about two hours and I had to cancel an activity I had planned for that evening. If I had been told about the problem the week before I would have had the battery replaced then saving me the time and hassle. More
