I went online and started my search, From the time I started looking for my Civic EX, to the end of the purchase, it was a first class experience. I went online and started my search, I was contacted by Manny Paez the same day. I asked for a quote price that they would sell the car, he quoted me a price, which I thought was reasonable. I made an appointment for the weekend to see and test drive the car. Manny met us and took us to a Salesperson (Tom Duffy) who sold my mom a civic a few years back. That was personalized care. Tom was very friendly, showed us the car we were looking, he was able to find the one we were looking for. He spent time showing us the technology inside the car we were looking into. there was absolutely no pressure from Tom. He made us feel very comfortable. Once we were ready, he moved through the purchasing process smoothly. He took care of the details with our insurance company and help move us through the finance with Steve Owusu. After the papers were all signed, Tom took the time to go over all of the key items that we should be aware of in the car. The overall experience was great. I dreaded going shopping for a car in which you spent close to the entire day in the showroom, but with the team like Manny, Tom and Steve, we were able to get the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay in the quickest time. Kevin took the time to review all of the options available to me and provided me with a deal I could not pass up. Trading in my lease with Joyce Honda was pleasant and easy; no pushy salesman trying to swindle you here!now When I can to pick up my new vehicle both Kevin and Steve in the Finance department had everything ready to go! Everyone at a dealership makes the experience We bought our 2017 Honda CRV at Joyce about 6 weeks ago. It was the first time we bought from Joyce, though we have had our car serviced there. We spe We bought our 2017 Honda CRV at Joyce about 6 weeks ago. It was the first time we bought from Joyce, though we have had our car serviced there. We specifically wanted to work with Mario D. in sales based on what we read about him, and he more than lived up to our expectations. A gentleman in all regards. We brought a price we’d received at another dealership and he went to work with us to beat their price, which they did hands down. They did not actually have the CRV we wanted on the lot but had the next model up, which had navigation. They steeply discounted the nav price and we decided to buy that model, a beautiful car. We did not have to be torued by any finance department of anyone trying to push a product or service on us. Mario sat with us outside and explained all of the features. You can just tell that this is a man who, if we had a problem, would do everything he could to work it out. I really can’t speak to the service component of the business. Dealerships need to realize that the first person to answer the phone there is an ambassador of the business, and this girl in service certainly is not. But that aside, the buying experience at Joyce Honda was first class and Mario is someone I’d strongly recommend dealing with. More
