Dear wasteoftime, We apologize that you were shown a different car than you came to see. Nobody benefits when a customer visits and does not accomplish their goals. Not you or us. So naturally, we are going to try and help you accomplish what you set out to accomplish. However, today's digital advertising throws a few curve xxxxx at us. For example, the vehicle you see online can sell at any time. Once it is sold, all websites must update and they all update at different times. So the vehicle you saw online might not be available. We do not recall a recent visit where we disappointed someone to the degree you describe. So we cannot say for sure what happened when you visited. We can only guess that the car had been sold and we tried to show you a vehicle that was as close to the original as possible. We strive to provide the highest quality pre-owned vehicle you will find. That is what separates us from other dealers. So we actually use the Honda certification guidelines as our guideline to recondition a vehicle whether it is Honda Certified or not. So the vehicle is mechanically certified but it does not come with the Honda Certified Warranty. This car may hit the price point for a customer that does not care about certification. Still, I am only guessing as to what happened because I do not know who you are or recall your visit. But I can assure you 1000% that we know the Certified program inside and out and we know what we are talking about. We also have our vehicles on more than one lot located in different towns. Sometimes that contributes to the amount of time it takes to present a vehicle to a customer. Regardless, we apologize that you spent more time than you cared to and 99% of people who shop here feel differently than you do about our operation. We wish you the best and hope you find a vehicle that meets your goals.
