Service Plus On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, on our way back from visiting family in New Haven in our 2015 Honda Accord, we lost our transmission just off I-84 On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, on our way back from visiting family in New Haven in our 2015 Honda Accord, we lost our transmission just off I-84 near Joyce Honda in Denville. Fortunately they were open on Saturday afternoon and took us in. They diagnosed the problem; drove us to Newark to rent a car at the airport so we could drive back to New Haven; fixed our car by Tuesday next (everything was covered under warranty); and returned our rental car for us in the bargain. Everyone was professional, sympathetic, accommodating, and productive. It was the best bad experience we ever had, and if we lived in New Jersey instead of Illinois we would give them all our business forever. Go there. You won't be disappointed.
