Diana was awesome from the minute I stepped out of my car and out into the parking lot in the pouring rain! What even made it better is aside from all the loaded extras the car has to offer I also felt as if I was driving a safe car for my children! This is what I needed. I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic LX Sedan today (9/11/2012). Early last evening I called the Joyce Honda Used Car Sales Office and was greeted by Matt Campbell. He answered my questions and provided with the information I asked for. Matt also collected information he didn't have immediately available and call me back promptly. I was so pleased with his approach I made an appointment last night to see the vehicles he has described to me. After I looked at the vehicle I liked and took a quick test drive Matt and I worked out a fair deal on that vehicle and the trade-in of my old vehicle. He also proviede me with the information and financing that I was looking for. Matt worked up the needed paperwork last night and accomodated my schedule to pick the vehilce up today. He also made sure i was well prepared with a list of documents and steps that needed to be accomplished to make the transaction a smooth. I arrived today a little after 11am and completed all of the necessary paperwork and was on my way home by noon. I appreciated Matt's straight forward approach and salemanship. I will recommend him to friends and absolutely look to him again the future when I am in the mark for a Honda. Thanks Matt! More

We happened in looking for a vehicle for our daughter who will get her license in 2 mos. The team at Joyce couldn't have been better! We found a vehicle that we liked but was at the very top end of our budget. We decided to go home to get our daughter to see it and before we left, Eric stopped by to say hello and told us not to worry, if our daughter liked the car we could work something out. When we returned, once again we found the same comfortable feeling as Matt and the other people in the showroom greeted us. Matt once again answered all our additional questions during the test drive and even joined my husband under the car checking things out! Our daughter loved the SUV and between Matt and Eric we were able to work a price that allowed us to drive home in an awesome vehicle with a very happy teenager! Unlike many people, I do not look forward to buying a “new” car as a pleasant experience, rather as a necessary evil. That being said, I have to say that my experience at Joyce Honda was a positive one. “new” car as a pleasant experience, rather as a necessary evil. From the very beginning, my salesman, Matt Campbell, was relaxed and did not try to pressure me to “buy it today!” The day after the test drive, he not only agreed to have my local mechanic check out the vehicle I was interested in, but actually drove the car to the shop himself, so I didn’t have to take time off from work. A small thing, perhaps, but a good illustration of the culture at Joyce Honda of going the extra mile. So, I did end up buying a 2010 Accord EX-L at a fair price. After agreeing on the price, I once again did not look forward to the dreaded time normally spent with the finance manager, when all the extras you don’t want are shoved down your throat. With Isabelle, however, that was not the case. An extended warranty was offered, I declined, and that was it. No 15 minute “what-if” diatribes to convince you of why you really have to get the warranty, VIN etching, Lo-Jack, etc. We just went on to signing the next form. So, in summary, my experience at Joyce Honda was totally positive. I would not hesitate to buy another car at this dealership or to recommend it to friends or family in the market for a vehicle. I was interested in purchasing a new car - either a Camry, Passat or Accord. I walked into this dealership, test drove the Accord, loved it, talked trade-in and price and bought the car that day. Joyce Honda and Moe were VERY professional, gave me a great price and had a car in stock that met my needs. The dealership is close to home which isw another convenient perk.
