We were purchasing our son's first car. We worked with Albert and then he referred us to Bill Lally in Used Car Sales. Bill went above and beyond to get my son into the best fit for what he was requesting Albert and then he referred us to Bill Lally in Used Car Sales. Bill went above and beyond to get my son into the best fit for what he was requesting. At first we did not see stock at the dealership and Bill kept driving in car after car until my son was content. I have NEVER seen customer service like this before and the employees work as a TEAM not against one another. When my son is ready for his next car JOYCE HONDA will be our first stop. *We visited the service dept for a minor issue and this crew is professional and informs you as to where to park, how long the service will be and the reception room is very well stocked with snacks and bottled water. I seriously can not say enough about Bill's patience with my 16 year old. He is a class act. Do not hesitate to visit either New or Used car Sales-either is Bar-None the best salespeople around!!!! During multiple visits to Joyce for service I was reporting issues with my 2010 Pilot. I was hearing a fan running continuously and feeling the vehicle running a “little jerky” as if it we about to s reporting issues with my 2010 Pilot. I was hearing a fan running continuously and feeling the vehicle running a “little jerky” as if it we about to stall I was re assured that “no codes were appearing and all appeared fine with the vehicle. It was not until I had to have it towed in for repairs months later that I was informed that that this is a common problem and that Honda is aware of these types of issues. The problem was with a relay switch and spark plugs on the 2010 model appear to be cracking. Honda was replacing them however they would only replace them “one by one" under warranty. As for the fan issue: that I was reporting: That problem was now going to cost $300 to repair because 1 of the 10 time that visited Joyce for service it did not appear in the technician’s write-up. Therefore they would not consider it a "warranty issue" Still my husband and I continued business with Joyce and purchased another vehicle. During the installation of the new vehicle plate it took two sales men and a technician to DRIL new holes in my husband’s car as they did not have the appropriate bracket for to install the state issue license plate..... with absolutely no apologies for any of this situation. The final straw was upon finally deciding to trade in my 2010 Pilot. We inquired the refund process for the extended warranty that we purchased on the 2010 Pilot at point of sale. At that time we were informed that as long as we did not file a claim against this policy that we be refunded policy premiums. Sales man #1 told me to contact Honda. Which I did and they had no idea what I was speaking of as they did not sell me a policy from Honda. Sales man #2 finally pulled our file and confirm for me that yes I would receive a refund on the policy however, since Ii did satisfy the full term of the policy (100,000 miles) I would only receive a portion approximately $200.00 instead of $1985.00. His advice tome was to keep the care till it reach 100,000 and hope that I don’t have to file a claim!?!? My advice there are not may Honda dealer but I’d prefer to drive to Hackettstown or Stroudsburg over getting bad service and poor advice. More

I visited Joyce Honda after having visited two prior dealerships looking to trade my Odyssey in for another new or late model used Odyssey. Their website indicated a plentiful supply of available late dealerships looking to trade my Odyssey in for another new or late model used Odyssey. Their website indicated a plentiful supply of available late model used possibilities. Rich Werbin met me and we discussed a particular selection I was interested in. He, along with manager Tom Stark, worked out such a good deal for my first choice (an EX model) that I was able to upgrade to a much better appointed EX-L model and still stay within my limits. We were able to complete the deal and turnaround my trade-in for the new Odyssey within a day. The new minivan was delivered in excellent condition; we're very pleased with the upgrade. More

I met Rich at the Grecco Used Car/Auto Body Shop on Rt 46 in Rockaway across from the Shop Rite because I wanted to look at the used cars in the lot. Unfortunately, the cars all had high mileage except for in Rockaway across from the Shop Rite because I wanted to look at the used cars in the lot. Unfortunately, the cars all had high mileage except for a lovely little white Civic Coupe. The next day Rich followed up with me from the Joyce Honda dealership on Rt. 10 and my son and I went over there to look at other coupes. Rich was very attentive and friendly and extremely responsive and patient. We did purchase a 2009 civic coupe for my son and he's very happy. The car had some major scratches on the rear fender that were taken care of after we purchased the car. I was a little nervous about taking delivery on the car before getting it fixed but Rich assured me that everything would be taken car of. We took delivery on the car on a Thursday and by the next Friday (a week later) the car was in the body shop. We picked the car up on Monday afternoon in time for my son to take it to school. The fender looked brand new. Very happy with the result. I would recommend Joyce Honda and Rich Werbin to my friends and hope to use this dealership again soon. More
