She was more than friendly. She know the product she was selling. I was with GM for 20 years. If I was running a dealership, I would hire her in a minuted. I was not new to Joyce Honda... I returned there following a terrible broadside hit to my 08 Honda CR-V. Then Hurricane Sandy hit making life really challenging here in New Jersey. I called the Joyce Honda dealership to make sure they were opened but the phones were not working. After the second day...my husband and I just drove down to the dealership. We pulled into the pre-owned lot and there he was - Mark Yager walked the lot with us to find the perfect low mileage, clean carfax, Honda certified replacement vehicle for me. Now keep in mind.... Joyce Honda had no power, heat, phones, computers, fax, copy machine and yet the next day I drove out of the dealership in my new 09 Honda CR-V with a FULL TANK OF GAS that Mark Yager invested 2 hrs to wait in line to fill. I am more than pleased with the dealership and service department....I returned there and recommend you do to. More
