He has been driven a Honda for over 14 years, and has had nothing but great experiences with these cars. He suggested Joyce Honda for their excellent service and prices. I arrived and was taken care by Mario Dilorio, who was extremely attentive, nice and knowledgeable. He did not pressure me at all, but allowed me to try out the two models I was most interested. There was no rushing, and he spent the time listening to me and answering my questions. I did not make a decision that day. The next day I returned with my Husband, to buy a brand new car...a big deal to me! Even when I was still on the fence about which model to buy, Mario graciously allowed me to drive the model once more, so I was sure in my own mind, that I was making the right choice. And I made it...the right choice for me, because Honda makes a quality car for a good price, and Mario was the right person to work with me. I also met two of the Managers, who were more than cordial. Also, my car was prepped beautifully...they took their time and it showed. All the people I came in contact with at Joyce Honda were just great to work with. I highly recommend Joyce Honda dealership. More

Then we went to the dealership to finalise the deal, in the process they reduced $450. Overall nice experience. More

Don found the perfect car for us; and Henry Solano was our business manager at Joyce who finalized our purchase. He also explained to us the various warranties we could choose to invest in; and he was patient with our questions about what exactly each warranty would cover. Excellent Dealership to Sell your used car I was out in the market to sell my Acura MDX 2015 car. It was a good car and I had to sell it as I had to move out of the country. As most of the used car selling individuals feel, usually we think dealers are like alligators in the market who want to beat you up saying everything is wrong with your car so that they get to buy at a very low price. Honestly, that was the experience with all other dealers I visited. Jorge from Joyce Honda was way different from all the other dealers I dealt with. Jorge was very friendly and reasonable when it came to estimating the cost of my car. He explained me starting with the price he would probable get from the end customer, the estimated reconditioning cost of the car and then finally the price I need to expect. At the end of the day, it is people who you deal with at the dealership, and it really matters how they respond to you and carry your deal forward. Jorge is the guy who looks for a win-win situation for all the parties involved. I liked that attitude and obviously the price he quoted me for the car. More
