Okay experience Was initially impressed with this dealership when I test drove an Accord. The salesman was excellent. When I went back about a week later to test dri Was initially impressed with this dealership when I test drove an Accord. The salesman was excellent. When I went back about a week later to test drive a civic, a different salesman helped me. His service was below expectation and his answers kept changing. He was not familiar with the features of each trim level and persuaded me to buy the next trim level up because he said it came with a power drivers seat. When I went to pickup my car, no power seat. He then stated that only the top two trims come with that feature. I was very disappointed. Financing took a long time, and the salesman kept my family and I waiting about 20 minutes even though I had told him that I would be in at 8pm that night. More

Great to Work With My family and I went to Joyce to buy a pre-owned Honda Pilot. Bernardo, his manager Joe, the Finance Manager, Andre, and another salesperson, Ethan, My family and I went to Joyce to buy a pre-owned Honda Pilot. Bernardo, his manager Joe, the Finance Manager, Andre, and another salesperson, Ethan, were all great to work with. They all exhibited exemplary professionalism and knowledge and were an absolute pleasure to work with. While my wife and I ultimately did not go with the Pilot, we would definitely buy from Bernardo and the good people of Joyce if we decide to purchase a Pilot in the future. More

Accommodating and agreeable. The test ride had no problems, with even a unannounced stop to a local mechanic to put it on a lift to check breaks and undercarraige. Found the process of sales purchase the usual back and forth with salesman to manager to salesman to manager to salesman to manager until a price settled on; a long process. All repairs were take care if as requested. Pickup was lengthy due to Finance Manager was out and coverage was spotty. Any additional warranty coverage should be discussed during negotiations prior to closing to avoid upcharge at last minute and motor vehicle registration charges should be included in the sales writeup instead of another charge when plates arrive. Should be all inclusive. More

I called a couple of days in advance and had the car I wanted put on hold. I asked about the pricing and condition of the car and Bernardo was extremely helpful and straight to the point on the phone, which I appreciated. Once I got to the dealership, the car was as described by Bernardo and in better shape than I thought. The process in buying the car was easy and the guy in the finance dept was very nice and patient with my question. I also have to say the the service department is great. More

I was not planning on buying a car that day but was planning on making a decision by the end of the week. Navin, who help me, was very honest and did not pressure me into the car or additional features. He helped me decide what features I was willing to pay for and which I was not. The final price he gave me was better than I thought and since I really liked the car, I put a down payment down then. More
