I drove over to Joyce, where they accepted and diagnosed my car quickly. Once I realized how long the service would take, I was able to get a ride from a very pleasant gentleman to a nearby shopping center. My car was ready before I had even picked up for return to Joyce. Car dealerships have shady reputations, but I have always been satisfied with the Service Department at Joyce. More

Not the same experience as I have had in the past I have bought a used car from here in the past and the service was excellent and the car delivered to me as good as new. My visit this month was not I have bought a used car from here in the past and the service was excellent and the car delivered to me as good as new. My visit this month was nothing like that. From putting down the deposit on a Saturday with a Tuesday confirmed pick up to them being told it would be ready Friday to then being told the following Tuesday as a part was ordered this was an entirely new experience. So come Tuesday I come to collect the sign the paperwork and collect the car; First I have never had a finance person, who’s salary comes from purchase like mine, from any industry say “god bless you” for buying this car. That certainly didn’t create an encouraging or professional reflection on the dealership and left me questioning what I was buying. Second as car is brought around having been “ detailed” I must thank the person driving it as he report to my salesperson the steering is leaking (which is exactly what they repaired and delayed my pick up a week) so it was taken back to the shop and I left without the car. Later that afternoon the car was delivered while I was at work. The next morning when I checked the car I can only say it was detailed either in the dark or by someone simply not bothered about a used car. The interior was simply disgusting which resulted me in detailing the car in order to make it suitable for family use. One would expect after such a delay at least ensuring a quality detail on the car would be the least they could do. But hey I guess that comes with the blessing I already received with this car! I was offered the chance to bring the car back for another detail but I wasn’t I retested in returning the car to be detailed again as that would leave me without a car again. I will also add I resolved the Sirius radio issue after the dealer informed me that wasn’t their responsibility when providing me a used car - weird but ok I guess. Good to know though that for all my troubles I got a free oil change- thats fair right? I guess that $30 giveaway reflects the value of me being a customer who after all of this will not be purchasing another car from here or recommending this dealership to any family, friends, colleagues or complete strangers. More

They made the process straight-forward and easy, and they were very accommodating. Justin was easy to talk to, and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and then some. Lauren was very friendly and helpful throughout the process as well! Justin and Lauren also checked in on me multiple times while I was waiting for my car to be ready, which I greatly appreciated. Mario was great too, and he was considerate and helpful with showing me the ins and outs of my car. Even staff members I did not directly work with were kind and welcoming without being overbearing. I felt like I could truly trust everyone I had worked with that day, and I will definitely come to Joyce Honda again in the future. Thank you all! More
