Came in because "air" indicator came on. Got to dealership at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. When checked in was told there would be l hour wait and when ? said they had to do # pt checks. Told them I was just in for oil change. 20 min. later said vehicle was done. Left dealership and continued to Diamond Spg. road when "air" indicator came on again. Called dealership and spoke to Erik in service dept. and he told me to come back, which I did, asked for him and he got right to it, he apologized had it fixed and took it for a test drive. I was asked who my initial advisor was and I said I didn't know, never given any paperwork lst time or second time. Whole episode took approx. 2 hrs. 2hrs. with something that was simple. Not a happy camper. More
