I recently purchased my second car from Joyce Honda, after loving my 2017 Civic purchase and service also from there. Unfortunately, I needed to explore something less low to the ground and more easy to after loving my 2017 Civic purchase and service also from there. Unfortunately, I needed to explore something less low to the ground and more easy to get out of. While having my Civic serviced, my insightful service advisor took me upstairs to meet ALEX KULIK, who does both pre-owned and new sales. What an unexpected delight! At this point, I was just wanting to explore...percolate...evaluate possibilities. From his first words, Alex was inquisitive about my wants, needs, future thoughts, and we talked at length about options that might address my rather challenging situations. Most importantly, I could see (and we talked about) his: - high integrity - honesty - incredible listening and responsiveness to what I said - patience with all my questions - professionally-personal touches to our conversation - very obvious knowledge of smaller SUV Honda cars and availability - new vs. pre-owned costs and implications - thorough overview of the process for any interests I might have - highlights for financial benefits/reasons to trade-in and stay with Honda - respect for my intelligence & trade value research/homework I'd already done - an explanatory sit-in/explore a showroom HRV; disc of different trim features. I left there in my serviced Civic thinking seriously about a follow-up with Alex for an HRV test drive! Alex continued to be a total stand-up superstar, with all-hour responsiveness, helpful info, and we did our test drive in a pre-owned 2026 HRV EXL already on the lot. I loved it, and despite absolutely no pressure from Alex, put a refundable deposit down that day on that car. Joyce Honda agreed with my researched trade value for my excellent condition, low mileage Civic, projected a very reasonable discounted price on the new HRV (all cash deal), and since I'm a Michelin gal, even worked w the parts dept for a discount on the new Michelins/installation I wanted for the car, storing the other existing tires for me just in case. Alex worked continually to ensure all my questions were answered, and my transaction comfort consistently assured. On the day I picked up my new HRV, he coordinated all the final paperwork and signing, and outside, he sat with me in my new running car, helped with settings and showed me key things before he let me take off the lot. I could go on forever, but let me close by saying that ALEX KULIK IS A TOTAL PRO WHO CARES. He sets the highest standards to invite customers to their best possible curiosity/purchase experience, with no pressure at all. Joyce is lucky to have him on their team, and anyone fortunate enough to do business with him or have him in their life is truly blessed. They are professional, skilled and proactive, pleasant, always update you if you wait, explain any unexpec purchasing my 2017 Civic from Joyce Honda.
