I came in for an oil change, and complementary vehicle inspection. This service was a "waiter", and I'd brought a book along. Plus, I remembered to bring my ear buds. I'd recommend a different coffee be used. But hey, it's free, and therefore as close to perfection as it needs to be. More than a single restroom on the premises. When my car was ready for me, I had to smile at how good it looked. It had been washed, dried, and wiped down. The glass was clear of the morning dew-fall, and the windshield-clearing wiper swipes. Not a bad experience at all. More
PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE Without a doubt I had a truly awful experience at Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati, and I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to avoi doubt I had a truly awful experience at Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati, and I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to avoid them at all costs. The staff at this dealership made a series of false claims about my car and tried to pressure me into spending a small fortune on unnecessary repairs. I brought my car here for a tune up, and was informed that I needed a new oil filter, a water pump, and a cam cover. I was shocked and confused, as my car had been running perfectly well before I brought it in. I was told that these repairs were absolutely necessary and that my car would not be safe to drive without them. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic. To my relief, the second mechanic informed me that my car was in excellent condition and that there was absolutely no need for any of the repairs that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati had recommended. I was appalled that Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati would try to take advantage of me in such a way. Overall, my experience Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati, was absolutely terrible. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them should steer clear. I will never return to this dealership and will be sure to spread the word. ****If you believe that a dealership has engaged in dishonest or unethical behavior, you may want to report them to the appropriate authorities.
