When I came to Northland, even tho they knew I lived 2 hours closer to another VW dealer, everyone treated me as if I lived a block away, not acting like this was a waste of their time. Overall good experience. I own a late 80's VW that I was sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified. They had to order the part but had it sputtering. I dropped it off after work and by the next morning I received a call with the issue identified.
