Service is horrible would not recommend I went to pick up my car thought is was all good gave me my keys. before I took it I told them I had a low tire light on they cleared it and I had 6 pounds of air in i my car thought is was all good gave me my keys. before I took it I told them I had a low tire light on they cleared it and I had 6 pounds of air in it when it should have 35 I picked it up and I got it home didn’t fix it or tell me about it but was in my paper work and they lied to me when I called said they told me about it lucky it wasn’t my old lady driving it could of killed her or me was a front tire now my tires is messed up and rim is too and they won’t do nothing about it won’t ever take back there or buy a car from again service sucks More

Last week I purchased a 2022 Taos SE from Ed Merrill. This my 5th VW, my 4th from Joseph VW & my 3rd from Ed. I had a friend with me when Ed was showing me the Taos (I still own a 2001 Jetta TDI & a 2017 Tiguan). He has been in all of my VWs. As we were leaving he asked me how I managed to find a car salesman that kind, considerate & honest. He had never had such an experience with any car he had ever purchased. I told him he was shopping with the wrong person. The amazing thing is that this kind of treatment will continue no matter how long I own the car. Ed Merrill & Tim Marsh have made me so enamored of the VW product, the way they stand behind the product but will bend over backwards at anytime for any customer. And a product to last it is! I live in Delaware. I found a Toyota Venza I wanted at Joseph VW in Cincinnati! I worked with Ed Merrill with emails and telephone calls to finalize the purchase. I was going to ship it home ... then dec Joseph VW in Cincinnati! I worked with Ed Merrill with emails and telephone calls to finalize the purchase. I was going to ship it home ... then decided to fly out and drive it home. Stayed near the dealership Sunday night, and Ed picked me up Monday morning in my vehicle to-be, and we test drove it to the dealership. Delivery was a snap, and the car was in MINT condition, like the many website pictures seemed to indicate. I cannot say enough about Ed. He is awesome! Ed is very personal, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy! What more could you ask for?! The BEST Service Center ever! Let me start by mentioning, I did not buy my car from Joseph Volkswagen and it's not the closest Volkswagen dealership to my home, but I would and will travel back t mentioning, I did not buy my car from Joseph Volkswagen and it's not the closest Volkswagen dealership to my home, but I would and will travel back to this location again and again, as they have Customer Service down to a science. This is my second experience with Joseph Volkswagen and both, yep, both experiences were the same, AMAZING! So what makes them so awesome? How about the extremely kind and knowledgeable Service Consultants, to be specific Jerry N. He not only kept me informed while I waited, he also engaged me when the repair technicians had questions. Jerry was patient and explained all the completed work including the diagnostics performed. Oh and get this, they stuck to the timeline promised, gee what a concept, NOT! My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation, however by the time I reached the dealership, a few new minor concerns also needed to be looked into and they took care of everything, within the 1-hour timeline, MIC DROP! Even as I was cashing out my bill and found myself with one more question, Reggie (service consultant) had no problems with answering my question. I want to personally thank all the individuals who took care of me and my car. It is such a pleasure working with a dealership that understands how to engage and take care of customers.
