They tried to give me the wrong 4 runner. I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner I was told the keys are in the car! I told him that is not my SUV. He didn’t know where mine was located! They ended up servicing the wrong 4 runner not mine! Then I had to wait for my vehicle to get serviced for additional 40 minutes. Everyone is always very nice, but giving someone the wrong vehicle is ridiculous. More
