Because I'm a senior female there alone, I do think I was sold expensive tires that I didn't need, given that my car has less than 40 thousand miles on it. I was also told I didn't need a 5th matching tire, sold expensive tires that I didn't need, given that my car has less than 40 thousand miles on it. I was also told I didn't need a 5th matching tire, even though in 2017 the manager had insured that I had a matching spare - due to falsification about there being a spare tire in the car when I purchased the car! Also, I had scheduled 2 appointments, one for each of our cars with the understanding that the first one would be ready for pickup when we returned with the second one. That did not happen. When I asked about it, I was told that because I didn't wait my car would be "fitted in" as when there were time gaps available. More

I just ordered my 4Runner August of 2022 from Kerry Toyota in Florence, Ky. > Much better deal <, but I live 10 mins away from Joseph Toyota and had previously taken all my Toyota there, starting with my 1995 Toyota Tacoma. My dash side to take my 4Runner to the dealership > Trac Off.< Traction Control. I took it the next day, they said they would take a look at it, gave me a loaner and after I called them at 1530 hrs, I was told I could pick my 4Runner up that evening. Like I said. I have always taken my Toyota's here basically for routine maintenance. Its a Toyota, so nothing major is needed, because Toyota builds quality. If it had been a ford, I would have needed a new engine, transmission and rust repair. I know the service department is great. Their always a 10 out of 10.
