The service department did an excellent job on my 2013 Rav4. I was disappointed with the transportation service though. Your service department said they couldn't do it so I had to have my daughter drive me in for pick up. I like your garage but you shouldn't advertise the service if you can't provide it. The greeter and repair service person came right to my car as I pulled into the shop. Jason went over my car service record with me and we discussed what was to be accomplished. In a few minutes after the technician went over the car all the items that needed to be addressed were explained to me by Jason and I ok the repairs. After the car was serviced Jason came to lounge and got me explaining what was done and giving me the paper report. It was done very courteously and in a timely fashion. My experience was top notch.
