I'm sincerely sorry for the mix-up here. Our service adviser was unable to see the Toyota Extra Care plan in the software program we use to generate repair orders at check-in. We have submitted the charge to Toyota and will process a full refund to you on Monday the 18th. I also left a detailed voicemail for you today and will call again with additional information on the 18th. Again, I apologize for our error.
