The Service department were very accommodating to my concern. The Technician kept me informed whenever there was a need for my approval. Of course, cost is always a big factor. Kyle was very professional and accommodating. My job put additional task on me before leaving to attend to the factory recall for my 2013 Avalon. I love my RAV4. Had a problem with my phone voice command finding it is a common problem in 2019 RAV. Was advised to contact Toyota because my 3 years had just ex Had a problem with my phone voice command finding it is a common problem in 2019 RAV. Was advised to contact Toyota because my 3 years had just expired. I did so and they honored the warranty or it would have cost me $1116.
