Tony Nash and Bob Wanamaker were great to deal with when my Tundra went into limp mode. I was able to get it to the service department but unfortunately could not repeat the problem I was having. I have been coming here for approx 30yrs for sales and service. The service guys are great but this time I waited 2 hours for a oil change and filter and I had an appointment. When I got home I checked th service. The service guys are great but this time I waited 2 hours for a oil change and filter and I had an appointment. I have appreciated the care and personal attention from the service department. I also appreciate that there are not attempts to upsell me on "recommended" services not indicated in the owners manual; I'v the service department.
