Thank you for your feedback. We never want our customers to feel misled by our advertisements. However, we think it's fair to clarify that your service adviser accepted the coupon, which stated it covered "up to 5 quarts of oil." Your vehicle required 6 quarts, and you were asked to pay for the additional oil. Because we honored what the coupon covered, we don't think this is a "bait and switch" situation. During your previous visit, our team referred to our Body Shop, which is now Joseph Toyota's Collision Center, located two blocks south of our dealership. Our Service Department does not have the ability to schedule Collision Center appointments, so we recommend you reach out to them at 513-385-4700 to schedule an evaluation appointment.
