I think that the process of getting checked in and out is very efficient....you pull your car right into the garage and a service person comes right to you and helps get you checked in very quickly. The people that check you in are friendly and explain how to proceed. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I like that they wash the car after service is complete. I also like that I can call and make and appointment and they are always expecting me when I arrive. When I call, I am always able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time,...usually within a day. More
I rated the way I did because their rates are ridiculously high, and you don't realize that until you've agreed to the $150 diagnostic fee (that will go towards the amount of fixing it if you dec ridiculously high, and you don't realize that until you've agreed to the $150 diagnostic fee (that will go towards the amount of fixing it if you decide to have it done). Just to replace the distribution cap, they quoted me $485. After hearing this ridiculous price I just wanted to take my car and go somewhere else (where I was quoted less than half that amount) but Joseph Toyota held my car hostage until I paid the $150. I don't think they should be able to hold your car like that when they didn't even do any work on it. More

Needed some minor work and scheduled through Joseph Toyota. They completed the work faster than expeced and cheaper than expected.
