I visited Joseph Toyota for a power window recall on my Yaris. This was my first visit to this dealership for any reason. I was quite pleasantly surprised that as soon as I walked in the door, I was greete Yaris. This was my first visit to this dealership for any reason. I was quite pleasantly surprised that as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and taken care of. I was told the work would take about an hour and that was absolutely true. I was taken to a lounge area that was the best I had ever seen. It was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave, and the coffee was great! I appreciated the mechanic explaining exactly what he did to my car. It turned out my car did not need a modification or fix, but they regreased the power window switch before they put it back together and confirmed everything was in perfect working order. I was totally impressed with how clean the service area was. Attention to detail is so important in customer service and Joseph Toyota gets it! A friend told me about the great service at this dealership and that's why I came today and why I will come again. More
I bought a new Rav4 from this dealer, and they had a sun roof fitted. I had to return 7 times over several months to finally get it working. On several of the 7 times, it was clear that the work had not bee roof fitted. I had to return 7 times over several months to finally get it working. On several of the 7 times, it was clear that the work had not been checked. On the second visit, the sunroof had an 8mm gap to the body of the car, when the sun roof was closed !! On a separate occasion, I left my car to have 4 repairs done. I had booked the car in for these, and repeated the instructions when I dropped the car off. When I picked up the car, after being told that 'the car was all done', only 2 had been done. I had to re-book the car for another date !! On another occasion, despite an early booking, and the approved request for a loaner, there was not one available during the repairs. I had to re-book once more. They have been ok for routine standard works (oil changes..) but not for any special work requiring attention to details. Not recommended. More
I arrived at scheduled time for an oil change & was taken right away. The service rep. was friendly, answered my questions & got me checked in quickly. I am 78 years old and driving my third Toyota. All of these cars/vans have been purchased at Joseph Toyota and all service on these cars has been done there. Needless to say before I discovered Toyota and Joseph my husband and I had a number of other makes of cars. The times I needed to take them in for service (in several different states where we lived) I was met with anything from tolerance to almost rudeness - generally getting the feeling they thought I was a dumbo. In my opinion none of these other cars (including Cadillac and Lincolns) met the performance and reliability of my Toyotas. At Joseph the work is always done when they promise it will be, and to my satisfaction. They do a very good job of sending me a reminder when service is due. Also, they give me great cookies when I pay my bill. More

Chris suggested leaving the car and arranged for my use of a free loaner during the service, this was extremely helpful and allowed me to go to work on schedule. I received a phone call when service was complete, and a total amount due, so I knew when to return to the dealer to pick my car up and how much I needed to satisfy the bill. These are the small things that build big business, and they are the norm for the work I have had done at this dealership! More

I've known these gentlemen for 7+ years ( Bob W. for 20 years). They have always dealt fairly and honestly with me from the first visit with our first Toyota car (new) in July, 2005 until now, January, 20 years). They have always dealt fairly and honestly with me from the first visit with our first Toyota car (new) in July, 2005 until now, January, 2013. We still have the Avalon and now a 2012 Venza. Every one including the sales people took to answer my questions, clarify some information which I misunderstood, and much of this was over the phone. My wife and I are retired teachers and we know what it"s like to answer many questions---for which we are grateful! More
