Chris suggested leaving the car and arranged for my use of a free loaner during the service, this was extremely helpful and allowed me to go to work on schedule. I received a phone call when service was complete, and a total amount due, so I knew when to return to the dealer to pick my car up and how much I needed to satisfy the bill. These are the small things that build big business, and they are the norm for the work I have had done at this dealership! More

I've known these gentlemen for 7+ years ( Bob W. for 20 years). They have always dealt fairly and honestly with me from the first visit with our first Toyota car (new) in July, 2005 until now, January, 20 years). They have always dealt fairly and honestly with me from the first visit with our first Toyota car (new) in July, 2005 until now, January, 2013. We still have the Avalon and now a 2012 Venza. Every one including the sales people took to answer my questions, clarify some information which I misunderstood, and much of this was over the phone. My wife and I are retired teachers and we know what it"s like to answer many questions---for which we are grateful! More

As always I was very pleased with my service. I had 114,356 miles on my car and I had received a recall notice. So I called for an appointment for the recall and 115,000 mile service. Overall experience was good - waiting room was clean and they offer drinks and snacks while waiting for your car. I took mine in for my 10K service and was told it would take an hour - was called after bei they offer drinks and snacks while waiting for your car.
