Appoointment made last week for 8:30 AM today to have 200,000 mile service. Took about an hour as promised. Cost was reasonable, Staff member came and got me when work finished. My appointment for the first twelve month service on my Highlander was at 10:00 A.M. on February 18, 2013. It actually took only one half hour which was a pleasant surprise. The work was completed in a professional manner. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.
