I visited their facility to get a replacement key for my highlander. Since it has to be a specific key and programmed, they made sure they had the key in stock before scheduling my appt. Each time I make an appointment to bring my car in for service, I always receive the day that I want as well as the time. The staff are very friendly from the attendant that greets you when you drive in service, I always receive the day that I want as well as the time. I love the coffee and snacks. The staff in the parts department are very friendly and helpful. Being one who does not know a lot about cars I truly appreciated the help. I feel that my car is in good hands and feel confident that any problem I have will be taken care of. So far the service has been completed in a timely manner and if there is a problem they always offer you a ride or a car, so that you will not be inconvenienced. I have always had a positive experience. In conclusion, if I cannot afford the price of any mileage check point service, they do not hound me into something I cannot do at the time and politely ask what I would like to have done. More

Within a few minutes of talking to the service rep, he called me back to let me know I had a recall on my car, and they could perform the work the same day. He explained that it would take about an additional hour and half. He wanted to make sure that I knew the length of time it would take to service my car. He did not want me to experience any surprises. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealership, and I travel that distance because Joseph Toyota treats me with respect and good service and that is why I give a rating of all 5's. I would recommend them to anyone. More

I do not receive the same unconfrontational and friendly service that competitor dealerships have given me with other purchases.
