Service Visit I have been taking my 2004 Camry back to Joseph Toyota since I purchased it there and have never really been dissatisfied with my treatment nor the se I have been taking my 2004 Camry back to Joseph Toyota since I purchased it there and have never really been dissatisfied with my treatment nor the services performed. At times the service time has been longer than originally expected, but the job is always been done right. I would rather it be done correctly than done in a hurry just to get the job done and on to the next vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to my family & friends. More
3 Strikes, normally your out. I have had 3 trips to the service department. First trip, thought I needed an oil change, but it was a false alarm as I just needed a tire rotation. Next trip to replace the recall on the driver side visor. While bringing the car from the car wash, an employee hit my car on a Friday. On the following Wednesday, I had to call the dealership to find out about my car as they didn't call me. One week later, I had to call on the following Wednesday about my car as they didn't call me again. I talked with the GM (Great Guy and Service oriented). GM kept in contact and even delivered my car to me 2 days later. Some issues going on with the alignment now, it pulls to the right. Took it today for an oil change, got it done fast, but didn't take it through the car wash. I had to ask if they would do it, which they did, with it being no problem. You would think, if a dealership wrecks your car at the dealership and the person still comes back for service there, the dealership would do everything to make sure that all is good and right. It's a shame that someone has to ask for a car wash, when it normally is what is done. Don't know if I will go back there. Shane, Brett and Tony are awesome. The cashier was not friendly at all today, with no eye contact. I really have to think about this one. More

Bruce made me feel like I was a priority and not just another customer that day. I believe I received an oil change and tire rotation, which did not take terribly long at all. I visited their facility to get a replacement key for my highlander. Since it has to be a specific key and programmed, they made sure they had the key in stock before scheduling my appt. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything completely without making me feel ignorant. I asked if they could do an oil change as well, without adding to appt length, and they were able to. Customer waiting area was clean, spacious, comfortable and had a strong wifi strength. It was convenient for me to work remotely while my car was being serviced. All in all a nice experience. More

Each time I make an appointment to bring my car in for service, I always receive the day that I want as well as the time. The staff are very friendly from the attendant that greets you when you drive in service, I always receive the day that I want as well as the time. The staff are very friendly from the attendant that greets you when you drive in to the advisor that signs you in and ending with the cashier. The waiting room is roomy, clean and pleasant. I love the coffee and snacks. The staff in the parts department are very friendly and helpful. Being one who does not know a lot about cars I truly appreciated the help. I feel that my car is in good hands and feel confident that any problem I have will be taken care of. So far the service has been completed in a timely manner and if there is a problem they always offer you a ride or a car, so that you will not be inconvenienced. I have always had a positive experience. In conclusion, if I cannot afford the price of any mileage check point service, they do not hound me into something I cannot do at the time and politely ask what I would like to have done. More

I brought my car to Joseph for a 10,000 mile rotation of my tires. When I made my appointment, that was all I had planned to have done. Within a few minutes of talking to the service rep, he called me back to let me know I had a recall on my car, and they could perform the work the same day. He explained that it would take about an additional hour and half. He wanted to make sure that I knew the length of time it would take to service my car. He did not want me to experience any surprises. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealership, and I travel that distance because Joseph Toyota treats me with respect and good service and that is why I give a rating of all 5's. I would recommend them to anyone. More
