I visited their facility to get a replacement key for my highlander. Since it has to be a specific key and programmed, they made sure they had the key in stock before scheduling my appt. He explained that it would take about an additional hour and half. He wanted to make sure that I knew the length of time it would take to service my car. He did not want me to experience any surprises. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealership, and I travel that distance because Joseph Toyota treats me with respect and good service and that is why I give a rating of all 5's.
