Hello, Chip, and thank you for purchasing your Tacoma from Joseph Toyota in 2020. We appreciate your business and understand your concern over four service visits within six months. From a service perspective, we do not see anything to cause concern about the truck's integrity. We see that you had basic service (Multi-Point Inspection and tire rotation) completed on 10/24/2020 at 55,351 miles and a full oil/filter change with MPI and tire rotation on 03/08/2021 at 60,141. These are typical 5,000- and 10,000-mile maintenance items. The Safety Recall service was essential to replace a low-pressure fuel pump, and Toyota covered all charges associated with parts and labor for this recall. Tire light issues will be a lifetime occurrence. All tires, including the spare, have a sensor. A flashing tire light indicates that the tire-sensing system has failed and requires service. A constant tire light indicates a tire pressure issue that should be looked at by a service technician to determine the cause. The causes range from seasonal temperature changes in pressure to a leaking valve stem, grave or slow-leak tire puncture, or excessive wear/age that keeps the tire from maintaining pressure. At the initial service, if our technician failed to reset the tire light, we sincerely apologize for any upset and inconvenience this caused you. We want you to feel secure in your Tacoma. If there is anything we can do to help you achieve that feeling, please don't hesitate to call us or stop by if you are in the area. We're here for you.

The puncture in the tire tread was reparable and was fixed with a patch because your vehicle is new and has low mileage. After making the repair, the tire was remounted and balanced, all at no charge. If, however, you wish to purchase a new tire for your new car, please contact us. We will be happy to help you. No that's fine, it's just that tire stores make you think that tires are not repairable anymore. This is my second vehicle purchased from Joseph and I've never had any issues with the dearlership
