Went in Joseph Chev on Colerain. Attention was prompt and oil change took about an hour. Very nice lady in the customer service area caught the error, had it corrected and wished me a great day as I was leaving. She also told me the person who waited on me was a new employee. After spending several hours two weeks before getting an oil change, I came in today for new tires and alignment per quote given to me during the prior appointment. 2 ½ hours later they said it was ready. When I checked out, I noticed they had not performed the alignment. I complained and 1 ½ hours later, I was finally finished, as I am finished with Joseph. Four hours for new tires?!!! Poor salesman/professionalism all the way up to the top of management. I will go elsewhere for my maintenance needs. More
