Your service has been much better in the past. Your service rep doesn't fully explain the problem and is very non-communicative. I was doubting if he knew mechanics at all. I've bought at least 4 Chevys from Joseph Chevrolet and for the first time in years, I considered going to look at other dealerships for my next car which I will be purchasing soon. More
