I took my car to Joseph Service depth a month ago for tire monitor light & other messages flashing, they told me it would take them a couple days, they gave me a ride home & took over a wk, when they cal tire monitor light & other messages flashing, they told me it would take them a couple days, they gave me a ride home & took over a wk, when they called me to pick up my car, I get in the car wouldn't start, couple days later they said I needed a new battery, now the tire monitor is back on, I'm told the only fixed 2, there are 4, the part needed is on back order, waiting. It took a long time for the body work. But more importantly when I called I was told the car was in a certain stage if the process and then 5 days later it really wasn’t. They had no idea But more importantly when I called I was told the car was in a certain stage if the process and then 5 days later it really wasn’t. They had no idea or just gave me misinformation. Very hard to pan with false updates. I have never experienced this much disorganization for body work. Would not recommend. More
