I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days. I told them what I was willing to pay & they pret Liars, Liars, and oh yeah...MORE LIARS!!! Went there with the intention of purchasing a new truck. I told them what I was willing to pay & they pretty much agreed to everything. Then they ruined it. My interest rate jumped a full percentage point on a bait & switch tactic. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I walked out the door. Suddenly, the rate dropped half a point...but 5 minutes earlier they couldn’t do anything about it. Got in my truck & drove home. Called me the next day & refused to fix the problem over the phone. I was told we could discuss that when I came in. I live an hour away...not happening. Was finally told the truck had sold, but it’s still listed on their website...liar. Fed up with the lies & stupid games. Never ever do business with these liars & crooks. More

After calling several times to create and double-check my appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles. They refused me service because of the age and wear on my car, which is not even exceptional or out of the ordinary. I have never heard of this happening to anyone anywhere. The only thing malfunctioning with my car was the speed sensor, yet they still refused to service my vehicle and turned me away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
