Horrible service very disturbing how they take advantage of people. Friday 1/6/23 I dropped off my 2019 Chevy Cruz to be serviced. My primary concern was the car continued to stalling out and was having tr of people. Friday 1/6/23 I dropped off my 2019 Chevy Cruz to be serviced. My primary concern was the car continued to stalling out and was having trouble starting. Later that evening I received a call from Advisor Nicholas Zaferes stating that I needed a new DC Power Converter and this is why the car was stalling out. I was quoted $541.51 (a full diagnosis was included). On 1/10/23 I got my car. On 1/11 I was back at the dealership due to the car stalling out on me again and having trouble starting. I needed answers as to what was done to may car and why isn’t the car operating as normal. I spoke to Brent Booker(director of fixed operations) and he advised that the tech Mark J Helmes did not service the vehicle for issues related to stalling or issues with starting he noticed the check engine light was on and fixed that problem instead. My time and money was being wasted their was no solution or empathy from anyone. Brent told me they would look at the car and fix the issues that remained. I was told if wasn’t something my warranty( powertrain, emission) covered then I would have to pay out of pocket. I left with a rental and let them work on the car. I got a call from Nicholas stating the car needed a new battery. I returned 1/19/23 again being told I had to pay out of pocket for a new battery. Brent took accountability and accommodated me by taking care of the bill due to the issue not being taken care of the first time. He reassured me the issue was resolved and I wouldn’t have to return. A few days later the issue occurred again and started progress. The car was stalling more frequently and would take several tries to start. On 2/15 I took the car to McCluskey Chevrolet to get serviced for the same issue as this was my last resort. I had to pay for a rental in addition to getting the car serviced for an issue that should’ve been resolved. Bj at McCluskey informed me that the car needed a new starter and the DC Power Converter that was installed by Joseph Cheverolet had build up of grease/debris into the the connector T19 causing the issue with the car making a rusting sound when starting it. I was quoted $897.12(starter and clean the debris, rental) . On 2/15 I paid it in full. I returned to Joseph Chevrolet to talk to Brent to be reimbursed for the cleaning of the new part they installed ($138.20). Brent stated he is unable to reimburse me and I should have brought the car back to them for a third time. I’m horrified this experience has been a nightmare. I will never buy a car from this dealership again or receive any service. I do not recommend take you money somewhere it is valued they could care less. I bought this car from this dealership in 2019 NEW with ZERO MILES. When I dropped the car off it only had 26,000 miles. So in this short time span I needed A new DC pose converter, A new battery, and a New starter. Cost me over $1500 that more than likely was unnecessary . I’m glad it’s over. Never again. More
I had a really good experience from Joseph Chevrolet and their service department. They got my car done earlier than was actually promised.. the service writer kept me up to date on what was going on and ho their service department. This is was a terrible time here they are not caring or they do not listen they could have done better with the customer service. I will not be returning here. Was told unless I’m willing to buy today they would not give me any cost information. Never tried to understand my situation of trying to figure out my options, with Equity and current offerings.Shopping give me any cost information. Will never step foot in place again. Have 2 cars I need to trade in over next 6 months. Just a stupid approach. Avoid if you can. More

Very unprofessional, and dishonest. Unethical practice. Rude customer service and finance team. Not very knowledgeable on GM's customer standard. Extremely disappointing experience.
