I felt like I was being rushed to make my purchase. I felt like if I had purchase the car before they were closing I would have gotten a better customer service and my car would have received the detai I felt like if I had purchase the car before they were closing I would have gotten a better customer service and my car would have received the detailing and gas that it would had received had i purchased earlier that day. Brad made promises to me that he did not keep. I felt like his follow up was not genuine and I wish he would had made things right. I felt like he did not give me details about the car and could have informed me better about servicing my car not with the dealership I purchase the car at. I am still waiting to get things right and this experience has been challenging. More

Your service has been much better in the past. Your service rep doesn't fully explain the problem and is very non-communicative. I was doubting if he knew mechanics at all.
