I called on a Thursday night and talked to Mr Paskow next day about a 2019 Toyota HIGHLANDER they had 4 sale. My wife and son drove up next morning and liked the car. Everything was clearly as advertised an day about a 2019 Toyota HIGHLANDER they had 4 sale. My wife and son drove up next morning and liked the car. They also was able to get me in a brand new 2024 and keep my payment within my budget, something the other 2 dealership other dealerships offered me. I have had this car for 1yr and 2 months. This car has been back to the service department five (5) times because of the phone, radio and navigation. I was told on one visit that the entire This car has been back to the service department five (5) times because of the phone, radio and navigation. I was told on one visit that the entire radio was replaced but it did not correct the problem. I made several appointments but had to cancel them because a lender car was not available. I think this is ridiculous and I will be returning this car at the end of my lease. I also needed replacement mats and it took over two or three months to get them. More
