Unfortunately I was told my car had features that turned out not to be true AFTER I had bought my 2015 Corvette. I was also told that the Vette would have a full tank of high octane put in the car but inst out not to be true AFTER I had bought my 2015 Corvette. I was also told that the Vette would have a full tank of high octane put in the car but instead it had enough gas to get me 30 miles or to the next gas station. I was disappointed by several different things Unfortunately but I am very appreciative that my car had a full lifetime power train warranty!! This was especially nice. The overall experience was good. I would still buy another car from Joseph Chevy in the future if I found something More

im satisfied with my purchase 4 stars rating because we had a complete deal shook hands they came back with they said was a mistake and it was $5.00 difference they had to rewrite for $5.00 its not the mon had a complete deal shook hands they came back with they said was a mistake and it was $5.00 difference they had to rewrite for $5.00 its not the money but it tells a lot about the mission of the dealership. They also said they gave discounts for first responders but changed their minds when they found out I served 21 yrs and was retired. More

The guy I checked in with was awesome. He really nice & great customer service. But I’m questioning if my oil was changed & if my tires were rotated as there was no sticker in my windshiel He really nice & great customer service. Came home with an Allen wrench in my tire after an oil change,went back up to Joseph’s and all I got was Deers in the headlights. They said there’s nothing they can do and I know it happened when I got th change,went back up to Joseph’s and all I got was Deers in the headlights. They said there’s nothing they can do and I know it happened when I got the oil change, was not happy. cost me an extra $500. Also, the guy said I have a recall and he’ll let me know when the part comes in. That was three oil changes ago,still waiting. More
