I do not know where to even start. The whole experience was frustrating. I dropped my car off 7/5 for an oil change and a service alert. I was told I can pick it up 3 days later. No one told me this when I made the appointment and I live an hour away. 3 days later they finally call and tell me what is wrong but says the electrical warranty I purchased won't cover it. Collision says it would have. So I filed a claim through my insurance. No one knew where my car was. I was getting different information from Tyler and Mike. Finally on 7/27 I was able to pick up my car. Ruined my vacation plans and Tyler was just the worst. I will never be back to this dealership. I jumping ship away from Chevrolet period. This whole car buying experience at Joseph Chevrolet left a sour taste in my mouth as well in 2020. More

I came in ready to buy and two weeks later I had a brand new Chevy Trax. It took a week to decide and a week for my car to arrive at the dealership. Tyriq was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perect! That was the only thing that was good about my experience. I did not care for the sales manager's personality. They use Edmunds on their website to value your trade and when you attempt to trade in your vehicle, they use CarFax, which as I quickly found out, is much less. I think it is a sneaky tactic to get to get you in the door so they can TRY to take advantage of you. It was like pulling teeth to try to get a fair price for my vehicle, and quite frankly, I was offended that he thought I was so uninformed that I was going to take the deal that he quickly and confidently threw down in front of me, telling me how great of a deal it was. He also did not listen when I told him I wanted to finace through GM Financial to get the promo rate. Low and behold, when I got back to sign the papers, I had a finance rate of 7.29 percent! I have a 750 to 800 credit score and.i know i qualified for it . But i was too tired to argue,so I will be paying it off sooner so the finance charges wont kill me. It's just a disappointment at how 'shady' everything went down. Plain and simple, would I go there again? NO. More
